What is Friday Chill:

The Friday Chill is your weekly oasis of uninterrupted relaxation – a guided meditation session designed to melt away stress, release bad vibes, and get your mind fully recharged for the weekend ahead. Discover how meditation can calm a busy mind, melt away tension and lead to a greater sense of mental and physical wellbeing. Led by Mindfulness Expert and Founder of Mind Beyond, Amber Jane McCormick, the Friday Chill is modern and uncomplicated meditation experience suitable for beginners and those with an existing meditation practice. So are you ready to chill? Join us this Friday 20th April at 7pm. Places are limited so be sure to book your spot in advance.

What you can expect:

The Friday Chill is a 45 minute guided group meditation session held at the beautiful Eve & Grace Wellness centre in Battersea. Meditation is simply a way of training our mind to focus on the present moment instead of worrying about the past or the future. In this class you will simply be asked to embrace stillness – get comfortable in a seated or lying down position and enjoy the sensation of feeling fully calm and relaxed. Your teacher will guide you through a gentle meditation practice and you will soon feel any stress and tension melt away. The class is suitable for those with no experience of meditation and those with an existing practice. Be sure to wear warm and comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and cushions are provided. Mobile phones must be switched off before entering the studio.
