Gong Baths bring an intense sense of well-being and re-stabilize the balance of energies.

Gong Meditation is sound therapy in which a Gong is played to aid healing.

In this session, you will be guided through a meditation that will empower you to invite peace, embrace joy and connect deeply setting your intentions for your wellbeing.

The gong is played softly for the purposes of relaxation While you’ll feel deeply relaxed during the class, some people will also find it helps them to relax outside of the session, sleep better and deal with stress more easily.
